Alexander E. Morgan, M.D. is board certified in both Occupational Medicine and Addiction Medicine with more than 20 years of clinical experience. He earned his medical degree from Drexel College of Medicine, completed an Occupational Medicine residency and Master of Occupational Health at the University of Utah, and completed a fellowship in Addiction Medicine at West Virginia University. Dr. Morgan is available to perform Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) at our Louisville, Kentucky office.
